I have a msi b450 tomahawk paired with r5 2600, and in the bios it has a toggle for game boost. Game boost and pbo are 2 different things, game boost in the msi bios is a manual overclock and this will by default disable pbo, dont use game boost in the msi bios, and if you have the manual knob on your board for it too, set it to zero.
I am trying to find out why.
